so i just gotta say i just got mass effect and I liked bioshock better... cool asss game though but imo bioshock was better what do you guys think

yeah i liked bioshock better, mass effect is koo but too much travelling around and being on other planets, i hate those fucking robot shit that pop out of the ground and spit some venom shit at you.

he never said compare them, he said which one is better (overall) and I will say Bioshock by far. just started playing mass effect im on level 16 with my guy going around to other planets tryin to build him up and that shit is already getting boring. Sometimes talkin to people in mass effect is way too time consuming to get the full xp points from that person. Bioshock on the other hand is straight forward fun from beginning to end.

you just proved my point right there. bioshock is a SHOOTER,so of course there is more action and "straight-forwardd runs". mass effect is a RPG so of course there is going to be slow talkin parts and more exploration. those both at the core of both genres

so if if someone was to pick it would strickly based on their preferences. people that prefer rpgs are going to pick mass effect. people that like action games are naturally going to pick bioshock

i PREFER mass effect,but that doesnt necessarily mean i think its better,i am just an RPG fan. bioshock is the best game to come out in 5 years,but i will still play mass effect before i play bioshock

its all about preference

ill take gta: san andreas, Resident Evil 4 and probably another game or 2 over bioshock. but defiantly the best game on xbox 360.

and the best of anything is about preference, but the question still which one do you think is the best. so use your preference and say which one you think is best.

Mass Effect has a better story arc and also better gameplay. Bioshock is an FPS not worth the $60. Ill get it when it drops in price.

My vote is for Mass Effect, better story line, better game play, all around better. IMO.

i own both and prefer rpg's but bioshock was just a better game overall IMO.
