So far he hired 3 assisant coaches and GM from the Cowboys!!!!!

Whats next? I'm very interested in Parcell's every move. I've always liked him and always thought he is winner.

Matt Ryan #1? I don't know about that. Knowing Parcell's, he is more of a defensive minded person and also likes to look for QB talent in later rounds or from other teams. But I'm sure Jeff Ireland (GM) has some input in who they will be selecting.

Parcells is a fucking god when it comes to football.

On top of that, he gives motivational speeches for no less than 60K.

He will go down as one of the top 5 coaches in history when it's said and done, and that's playing it safe.

Parcells is gonna turn the dolphins around hopefully.....I'm happy since they could eventually start giving the patriots major issues since they play them twice a season.....GO FISH!

^^^parcell's the fucking man. every team he fucks with that was terrible he usually turns into a .500+ team with high playoff chance right off the bat. he did for my pats a while back and i still love him to this day for it
