One of my all time favorite cats, he was truly on his way to being the King of NY, I have no doubt of that in my mind. He could freestyle for 5 minutes straight and no one would believe he was freestyling shit was so flawless.

One of the greatest emcees to ever touch a mic. He's in my top 3, and IMO is the best of the east coast. Dude was the sickest freestyler I ever heard...his freestlyes would murder most cats writtens. Dude was years ahead of his time when he released his first album in '95...one of my favorite cd's ever. Such a shame he died, what a fuckin waste. Only 24 yrs old...damn.

They arrested somebody like six months after L was murdered...dont know if dude was convicted of it, but I know the case is closed. The murder was in retaliation for something one of his two incarcerated brothers did.
