When recording on cakewalk once i hit about the third track i get a poping sound like a type of distortion or feedback even if the stuff coming in is not peaking. What could be the problem?
Sounds like your audio card buffers are too small. Are you using a soundblaster or some kind of shit like that? Try increasing your buffers and see if that helps.
