Big El - Back-N-Business (Which One Is OG?)

I just sold what I thought was a duplicate album from my collection until I really got to looking at it. Now I'm trying to figure out which one I'm going to keep?!? Does anyone here know which one is the first release or is more rare than the other? I was thinking about keeping the white disc because the inserts are in mint condition, but I thought I would see what I could find out here first...

nah it's the 2nd.. Cause the 1st cover is a touch up (clearer album title, higher contrast, no feats on the front, so more focus is on him).

The 2nd cover was the one on mp3.com - so it's gotta be the OG..
