BEWARE: AIM VIRUS GOING AROUND

There's a virus going around that's pretty nasty.

It affects Internet Explorer and people who use AIM. If someone sent you a link that looks like this:

"http://www.wgutv.com/osama_capture.php?x9Gz"

Then it was an attempt to infect you.

To see if you're infected, go to:

START ---> PROGRAMS ---> ACCESSORIES ---> COMMAND PROMPT and type in:

"dir /s %SYSTEMDRIVE%\shellinstaller.ocx" (no quote marks)

If anything comes up, you have it.

Its crazy shit, if you're infected, it'll send the link to EVERYONE on your AIM Buddy List w/o you even knowing.

Damn, I was just talkin' to my boy over AIM earlier today and he said he was tryin' to hit up a site supposedly from a link I had messenged him to "check out", and it wouldn't work. And having no idea, I was like what the fuck you talkin' about? I didn't send you any link to check out. He's like, "That link you just sent me, the site doesn't work." I guess he kept tryin' to figure out what it was, and I don't know if he was able to d/l the video link the site was pointing you toward (I clicked the link myself, it looked phony so I didn't proceed), but I didn't hear from him after. I hope I didn't infect his computer! hahaha
