best place to go on a killing spree?

whats your ideal opinion on a place/time to murder a bunch of people?
in my opinion i think halloween night would be acceptable. Lots of victims who answer the door for anybody wearing a mask.

A concert hall or a mall.

Halloween would be a great time for home invasions/armed robberies.

step 1: pick a residence within a "safe community".
step 2: murder the family in the residence.
step 3: wear a mask and hand out candy and pull kids inside and kill them. (make sure of no witnesses)
step 4: repeat ontil halloween night is over
step 5: burn the house to the ground destroying all evidence.

repeat next year in a difference city and/or state.

eventually kill counts will stack up more and more.
