I'd manip. the pic a lil bit to make it look tighter, id also make the bottom text fit the whole cover, because it seems empty, by adding some more things or making them fit on the whole cover makes it seem like you got a lot of stuff on it, and yea the PA logo does need to be a lil bigger...heres the one I use...
I'm commenting on the one you have now, i like the text and everything, just thought u can make it fit on the whole album cover, it would look better because its important that u use ure room, and in dis case, u have a lot of it....
Well for manipulatin the pic, id make a effect that was dark becuz I think that pic would look good if it seemed like it was at night or somethin, like a sort of grunge look, good-tutorials.com should have something to help u wit it, also, since the flyer is orange,id make the background have a orangish feel to it by messing around wit the hue/saturation,brightness contracts, levels...
As for the pa logo, i didnt realize that u said it was for print, if u're gonna print it, you can make the pa logo yourself, it pretty easy to make with your tools on photoshop...

ya i know you can pretty much make a pa sticker but i was wondering if there was like an industry pdf file like they have for the compact disc logo etc...
the darker changes you suggested sound good...i think the client is happy w/ this but if they do a chopped & screwed version then i think that would be perfect for it...
also i left the bg light cuz i wanted the flyer to stand out more...but ill play w/ the bg being darker and see if stands out even more...
