Best MP3 Quality (192 Kbps)?

Is 192 Kbps the best MP3 quality as far as burning onto CD is concerned? I noticed that is the max amount for Real, MusicMatch, Windows Media and Quicktime.

if its 192 already you cant convert it to make it higher but you can rip tracks from cd at 320. I use windows media player and downloaded a program that works with wmp called intervideo mp3 xpack from kazaa. heres the program http://www.intervideo.com/media_pack/jsp/Product_Profile.jsp?p=MP3XPack

320 is also pretty big in size

you can download them at 32 to 320 it just depends on what the person you downloaded it from ripped it at

i rip mine at (sampling rate) 44100hz, (mp3)192 kbps.. goes to to 256 but i think 192 is stereo quality
