The best shows I have ever been to were rock shows, Green Day and Everclear.
The best rap show I ever went to was the Mac Dre~Little Bruce show in Petaluma in 99. I really don't remember the performances that well. What I do remember was being on-stage and looking out at all the white people in the audience, all of whom knew every word to every song Dre did. At one point, Dre took a little break, and someone in the audience holler'd out "I'll be that cold crest creeper, stompin and rompin....."The WHOLE FUCKIN CROWD went on and did that whole song, with Dre standing on stage looking out at everybody in sorta amazement. This was also the only time I had the pleasure of seeing the whole Funk Mobb on stage together.
After the show, we were going to te after-party, in a line of about 100 cars. We stopped at a LIQ on the way, and everyone just walked in, grabbed what they wanted and cut. With 75 people in a store and one person behind the counter, there wasn't much dude could do.
Hell, I can go on and on with stories from that night, including me fallin down a flight of stairs in front of the sheriffs, Looking to the roof of the building and seeing Dubee trying to talk himself into jumping off the roof into the pool, and waking up the next morning to someone pounding on the door of my room, opening it, seeing Mac Dre, and singing hella loud~~" That's right, bitch, Mac Muthafuckin Dre"~~

I think this is a good post because bay area rappers arent very professional with their shows, at least the ones I seen. They are always late, they do short sets, they got 30 people on stage who dont need to be there. My 2 cents...
Anyways I went to a few live shows that were off the hook. Up In Smoke was great to see Snoop and Dre and Cube and all them on stage...Anger Management last year with Ludacris Xzibit and Em was tight because they are all excellent performers live...but my favorite live performance had to be Outkast. Those fools get down on stage...they had a great set, a tight dj, and live instruments, as well as all their weird clothing and dancers in catcher shingaurds haha...

MY Best Rasp/Hip Hop Show I've Evr Been To Was "Up In Smoke". Dr.Dre, Snoop Dogg, Xzibit, Devin, Eminem, Kurupt, Just To NAme A Few Rip The Stage And There Never Was A Dull Moment. I've Been To Hundreds Of Concerts. (Dr.Dre, Xzibit, Eminem, Snoop Dogg, Devin The Dude, JT The Bigga Figga, Luniz, E40 & The Click, Hireoglyphic, RBL Posse, Fuck Everybody, Knockturnal, Jayo Felony, Kool Keith, Jurasic 5, Mac Dre, Dubbe, PSD, Planet Asia & Skhool Yard, Bone Thugz N Harmony, Techn9ne, The Basement, Freak Show) And Never Ever Was I Disapointed. Rock Shows (Blink 182, Slipknot, Incubus, 311, Long Beach Dub Allstars, Green Day, Hed PE, Pennywise, Redline 5, Bush, Moby, Papa Roach, New Found Glory, Weezer). All These Show I Really Had Fun And Wasen't Disapointed At The Preformance. But The Best Was Up In Smoke.
