obviously he has some great points. but there's more to worry about in MMA. if rashad was to use this advice to the fullest against tito then tito will put him on his ass with the take down. but yeah that video was pretty sick and it's cool to see a fighter from a different sport helping out another.

Like Hopkins said a couple times in the video "you already know exactly what to do" but he was just giving a few boxing tips. Some of that could be useful in the MMA world.

Dope stuff. A lot of that stuff is really hard to implement in mma because of the other aspects of mma. Using the shoulder roll is asking to get the shit kicked out of your legs or body and angling your body like a boxer is not only a easy takedown, but the kicks to the lead leg like crazy. Throwing the cross with no telegraph like that takes years of experience and practice because the pivot usually gives it away.

I train at a boxing gym M-Th and MMA on Saturdays. Boxing is extremely useful in MMA. Then again, there are things in boxing that I would never do in a real fight or an MMA match. For example, being light on your feet and bouncing around, you are just asking for the guy to grab you and slam you on your face. Just have to pick and choose...
