Our government doesnt control stupidity of idividuals on a rebellious level. He was told not to be here and he stayed. For some reason he felt that he was excluded from the americans because he was living in there society. The iraqis arrested him to help him in his ignorance but still was found. His consequences were from his own actions, not the govenment. People are always looking for someone to point the finger at but in the result the problem would have been vanquished if we had looked at ourselves first. Besides thats all WE can change. Die young to live forever
True but he was on his way back to America before he was captured. He stayed in Iraq for a few weeks after the FBI got his ass out from the Iraqi's and then he told the embassy that he was heading to Kuwait traveling by car and that was the last the U.S. heard from him. Who knows how long the terrorists had him in captive and they showed the video tape a month after he told the U.S. that he was leaving to Kuwait.
The fact is he was still here he wasnt on the way home he got captured the same place he was when he got arrested. At the hotel. Im in iraq i have witnessed this and hes not the only person that it has happened to. Some people are just idiots. There is no excuse for that. Nor anybody to blame but themselves.
