Man that's all bad....For his girlfriend.

He got a plea deal for 2nd degree murder for 10 yrs 5 of which he will be officially doing.

The children are the ones that are going to truly suffer in this situation.

I know aint that fucked up. I mean I'm glad dude aint get a bunch of time but that just shows u how the judicial system looks at a black life. You get caught with a 16th of hard and get 15 years, shoot a nigga down and do 5. its crazy

Digging for racial issues??? U MUST be white!! I aint gotta dig homeboy EVERYBODY in this country knows that its 2 different legal systems for black and white! Plus, I know dudes that killed niggaz in the early 90's and have come home ad kiled a few more niggaz. But I got a close friend of mine fighting a case right now, they tryna give him 20years for 100dollars worth of dope and its his second offense. Thats the point i was making is that the laws are kinda backwards. But!!! Dont get it twisted, when dealing with the leagal system JUSTICE IS NEVER BLIND when you are BLACK! I'm sure eeeevvvrryyy black person on here will agree.

Actually they won't. If it were, OJ would be in jail right now for killing white bitches. I got caught doing some shit in my day and my higher charges were thrown out and I was released without further proceedings.

Also dont forget Flesh and Belo are in tottally different states so the laws vary a little. Flesh was charged in Cali so you know he was going down for sure with that gun charge and being a felon prior to it and that was due to all the Gang history in that territory.



And for real A black would have a harder trial and more time. thats a already proven fact.

Yeah you are an idiot. Its not different. It used to be but that shit has since long played out. I know I did some time. They didnt give me an easy sentence because I was white. People like you just look for an excuse to claim racism. If your friend was smart he/she would not have done that dumb shit in the first place. There is no reason this person could not have worked a regular job and worked at life. Nope dummy sells drugs knowing its illegal and still does it anyways. It doesnt matter who you are, if you do something and you are poor = jail.
