black market records then the conversion to 91siccness.com. nine-seven, i think. vamps--after buying it from big steve--[i think] made the switch to siccness [dot] net and gave the forum a much wider range. over the years, i come and go. there were a few years there that i had no need to network, having to get my own affairs in order. but the cool thing about the siccness is that it's always there, always changing, and different people are always adding to the feel of the place. what really makes this place special is the dichotomy of such a forum that offers fans and artists equal opportunity to post. fans get to know about upcoming events and albums, collabos and opinions on all of that by peers, and the artists get to see that too. the siccness is the shit on soooo many levels. it has been that way since the start. and it is the reason for so much more unification than would be present had it never come along. it has offered a ton of artists a larger fan base because it has offered legions of fans immediate access to what they want to know. and still strong today in the twenty-tens, this place should never die. the siccness should outlive ebay clear into the three-thousand hahahaha
