The Bears are 3-3 against teams that aren't the Lions. So, that's a good sign. Greise just can't handle that juggernaut of a secondary the Lions have this year. (sarcasm)

I didn't think the Lions had a shot in this game. But hey, they won, which makes me think they could actually be a playoff team.

If they win next week, in another game which I don't really think they'll win, or I'm at least skeptical of, which is Broncos, I'll be more impressed and actually think they could be a ten win team.

But, when I counted out the ten-twelve most winnable games before the season, I didn't have on the road against chicago on there as one, so I guess that's a good win.

0-2 to the Lions (even this year) = you fucking suck

I know the D isn't 100% but come on! Where's the depth?

Where's the running game? Did it move to New Jersey?

Actually their D didn't play all that bad, this loss I put solely on Greise. da bears had several long drives only to be fucked up by Greise in the red zone. I think 3 of his 4 picks were in the redzone if I'm not mistaken.

Ya he was just bombing for the endzone. But I wouldn't put it all on his shoulders. We have no running game and Berrian's been dropping everything lately. Seems like he was getting way too desperate to score with as little plays as possible.
I heard Urlacher's supposedly got some sort of arthritis in his back now. Not career threatening but it's been hampering him during the week.

its looking all bad for da bears. From the top to the bottom in less than a year.

-They need a new RB. It's safe to say that Benson is not a solid #1 RB.
-New QB (or least someone for the future, Greise obviously isn't a long term solution).
-New Safeties - unfortunately Mike Brown gets injured every year and Adam Archuleta sucks. Currently they have 3rd or 4th string rookies or natural CB's playing the position.
-Offensive line is getting too old - need some fresh blood.

Good news is we still have Greg Olsen, Des Clark, Devin Hester, Urlacher, Briggs, Tommie Harris, Tillman, Vasher, Hillenmeyer, so it's not impossible to turn things around by next season.
