bullshit! how in the fuck is usc not 4 or atleast 5!
Well I would imagine because USC has 1 loss, and the teams above USC don't? I am not sure, though.
usc just just beat Notre Dame and Boise just beat tulane, somehow that equals bsu moving up and usc falling down.
First of all, these are the FIRST BCS standings to come out this year, so they didn't fall from anything.

They go by SOS, thats why. But BSU has NO LOSSES, USC has one.

If BSU and TCU both go undefeated, i assume that TCU should jump boise because they play in a tougher conference. Does that mean that boise has no chance to play in a BCS bowl because they only allow 1 non BCS team play?
