i just spoke to bay and he said the DA has offered him a deal for 11 years...so 80% which means 10 mandatory.

he asked for a poll to be put up on this..should he take it or fight it

Bruh you doing that special math how the hell is 80% of 11 equal 10? Anyway it all depends on how strongly he feels about his innocence. My homie was facing 30 a few years back and got the same deal offered to him, he fought and beat the case, because it simply wasn't his dope and it wasn't found in his posession, but the Judge did tell him to consider himself lucky... so I can't call it but for a cat who has priors he may want to take the deal...

Let me get this straight. His in custody fighting for his freedom which incorporates serious thought and serious decesions, but he asks for a poll on siccness which lets admit is gonna be some haters, some homies and some who may have serious input. You tell my lil homie that his Big homie Big Foe said that he is the only one who needs to make that decesion, he is the only one who knows the full details of the case, he is also the only one who knows the amout of the evidence if any or the lack of.
