In my opinion, this is a decision that he and he alone needs to make. He knows more about his situation than us and it's way too important to be asking on a fourm full of people that never have and never will be in a situation like this in their life.

i agree..it's easy for us to say..fight the power....but when you facing something like life...10 years seems like a bargain. However we all don't have all the evidence lined up,but my personal opinion is they only gonna offer a bargain if they don't have an airtight case...if there shit was a done deal then they wouldn't offer no deal....they dont give a fuck about bay.....I had two homies who both beat attempted murder charges this year and they both had a public defender.

I voted "no". But then again I do need more info on his case. I feel he should say "no" only if he has a legitimate shot @ beating the case. If realistically it looks like he won't then I would take the deal.

didnt he get out from a nice strech in jail before this? like yeears ago? might as well fight it.

shits a shame, too. bayloc is a really good rapper. i went and bought cutthroats album at fam bam...really good album and if one dollar of that shit goes to bay i feel good about that.

11 years an eternity. I'd imagine if he loses theyre looking for what 15-16 years, The Prosecutor will have ya sounding like a Dog Kicking,Child Beating,Mass Murderer over a shoplifting charge you gotta keep that in mind as well.
