The Bay Area Supergroup comprised of Oakland's Keak Da Sneak, Vallejo's PSD Tha Drivah and San Francisco's Messy Marv have set the Billboard Charts on fire a week after the release of Da Bidness on Gateway/ SMC Records.

#12 Heatseekers Chart
#32 on Indy & Small Chain Core Stores
#44 on Independent Chart
#48 on Rap Chart
#86 on R&B Core Store

Da Bidness also received critical acclaim from The Source Magazine this past month: “Northern Cali's undgerground champs are finally getting some well-deserved shine…a breath fresh air…” with a 3 _ mic rating. A first in recent years for independent Bay Area artists.

Da Bidness features the monumental collaboration of the Bay Area's three biggest acts Keak Da Sneak, PSD Tha Drivah and Messy Marv. With production from Droop-E (E-40's son), Rick Rock, Jake and the Phat Man, PSD, Tron Trees, DJ Ammbush, Lev and Don Juan. The album also features guest appearances from some of the top Bay Area rappers including Mac Dre, E-40, The Thizz Nation's - Dubee aka Sugawolf & Mistah F.A.B.

Keak Da Sneak, PSD Tha Drivah & Messy Marv - Da Bidness is in stores and available online right now.

I know shit's not the same as it used to be.. but damn, i miss the days when rappers could put out SOLID solo albums a few years at a time, rather than put out 2 solos a year, on top of a collab with some other douchebag, and a mixtape. No wonder these albums suck.. and if they're "OK", they count as "BANGIN!!!"?? blahhhhhh i miss old bay rap, especially the PRODUCTION, and i'm not even from the bay.

RAPPERS THESE DAYS THINK ABOUT A QUICK DOLLA AND THROW BULLSHIT OUT, WHICH IN MOST CASES THEY LOSE FANS, ANOTHER THING TO MUCH RECYCLED VERSES, SONG AND SHORT ASS ALBUM WIT HORRIBLE PRODUCTION, MIXES ARE HALF ASS, PEOPLE ARE SICK OF BEING TRICKED TO BUY ALBUMS AND THE SONG TITLES ARE CHANGED THEN THE POP THE CD IN AND REALIZE IT A SONG THAT THEY HAVE HEARD BEFORE, WHICH AINT COOL AND THEY WONDER Y WE GET BAD REVIEWS ON HERE ABOUT ALBUMS.

Yes, everything that SMC puts out is "available" at Best Buy, depends on the region though. They're obviously gonna stock more copies in the Bay and on the West coast but out my way you'll find 1-2 copies or the plastic divider with their name on it.
