Thanks to the hit MTV show Jersey Shore everyone and their grandma knows about the fist pump. Bay Area electro-pop duo The HardNox took notice of the trend and created a fist pump anthem called “Fist Pump.” The San Francisco Giants have even caught on to the craze.
The HardNox’s single became a big hit with fans of Jersey Shore after it was featured on the show. Now it’s become a hit with Giants fans. ”Fist Pump” inspired the Giants to create what they call the “Fist Pump Cam.” During every home game, the track plays and fans fist pumping in the crowd are featured on the big screen.
