Looks like the devolper Dice has done a great job on creating a brand new game engine (FrostBite) for this game.

Take a look at the video Developer Commentary: Destruction and I've never seen the kind of destruction you can do in this game...I guess BLACK would be the closest thing...but this game diffently is taking it to the next level...
This is the type of game that makes me feel after I play it...I won't want to play another shooter that doesn't have destructiable enviorments like this game..
