Can you use it to cut pics (laso tool)?
You dont need the lasso with a tablet... painting in quikmask is way more efficient
tablets are the sh!znette ::: i use them to draw and cut stuff out... the eraser and all the paint brushes are pressure sensitive... the harder you press the bigger and more opacity the eraser/brush is used [ ! ] it's a must for all artists... this is the one i got :::

my boy T.Y. go the Hewlett-Packard laptop & it's touch screen... you can use a stylus directly on the screen and the screen flips 360 degrees and folds down... i'd rather just get that even though it's probably not as good as the cintiq... @ least you get a full computer and not just a screen/tablet

Yeah 2 racks for tha bigass 21 in but a rack for the portable 12 in. If you really into drawing and painting with a tablet its worth the investment...theres still the Intuos 4 that just came out too.
