Damn, Don't you hate when you're inquiring about your phone or something related about your phone and some ghetto bitch answers it with a bad attitude? Chomping away at their bubble gum, talking hella loud near the speaker phone which doesn't allow you to hear them clearly. Then when you ask them to repeat WHAT THE FUCK THEY SAID they give you an attitude or say they'll get their uncle Carlos or Big Brother Pookie on you from your phone bill? Fucking Metro PCS phone service bitches LMAO!

Right when I got it activated and hung up, the bitch deactivated my phone LMAO!

Lmfao " you have metro? " popped into my mind to ask but then I read the rest. Shitty. I had some poor ass customer service last week. Was calling around a few wrecking yards for a part and every single person that answered the phone had horrible people skills and almost sounded bothered to make a sale.

Just be nice no matter what. I have done hella customer service phone work and letting it get to you makes the phone reps be even more rude. When someone is hella nice to you, usually they cave in and be nice back.

I just put another complaint 2 page complaint letter in the mail for my fucked up mobile phone company about their so called "service" I swear I do not understand why people are shooting up schools while there is absolutly nobody walking into these so called service company like phone, internet, or electrical etc, etc, etc companies with 2 sporting bags full of automatic weapons go stand on a desk on fucking cubical country and open fire on all these cocksucking motherfuckers.
