Any where in the caribbean would be nice. You know where that is right? Cuba, The Bahamas, Jamaica, Aruba, St. Lucia, Cayman Island, Barbados, etc. Or, pretty much anywhere in Europe will be good.

I've been to europe... I have friends that have been to different parts of the world.

I know you guys have a lot of angst because you've been reading michael moore's new book or your community college teacher has been preaching about the "evil doings" of our country or whatever reason it may be, but let me tell you all this. Theres no place like the US. Nothing even compares. Go ahead, go to some foreign country, let the people treat you like shit. You'll see how good you had it in America. You really will.

Exactly tadou...everyone who believes in respecting other cultures must learn secondary, tertiary, and auxiliary languages. Otherwise, you better keep your mouth shut! If you speak only English, you have to be a philosophical racist, isolationist, jingoist idiot.

tadou, you think every person that comes to the US speaks English off-the-bat? Knowing the native language of a country is not a prerequisite to moving to said country.

And honestly, most iggy Americans THINK this is the greatest nation on earth because they're taught to think that. 95% of the pro "We're the best on earth" crowd has never even set foot on foreign soil. So really, how would they know?

The US pimps the fuck out of itself on a daily basis in the media and in the history books in the classrooms across the nation - and most swallow it whole.
