.AVI to .MPEG

Anyone know any good programs for converting avi to mpeg.... im making a VCD of smoking aces and its barley too big for the cd. Im just tryin to make it a smaller file size... any helps thanks

If you want a really good one use TMPGenc it is a really good program but you have to find a crack or a key for it since it isn't free.
