because the person who's album the song is for, De Luca, is from the Bay Area, SF, California

if you listen to the song, in the Intro, Slush says to 3rd, "De Luca needs some trash taken out" and 3rd says "yeah I'm first class out to Cali"

like I said in the original post, the song was done a lil while back and didn't get released due to label and distribution issues
