ILL BE HEADING TO AUSTIN SOON FOR MY HOMIE'S WEDDING.ILL BE THERE FOR A WEEK.WHATS CRACKIN IN OR AROUND AUSTIN????
Nice place, I was there last year visiting with a friend of mine who lived in San Antonio. Try to just pass by the Texas Longhorn Stadium, if your into college football or any football for that matter, it's always nice to see that big ass stadium, bigger than alot of NFL stadiums.. IDK if they got their practices going on or anything but there might be a tailgate with hella Texas hoes. 6th St is coo, sort of like a bigger Santana Row without the stuck up faggots. Oh yeah and ask your homie to eat some BBQ @ Smittys, its about a 30 min drive south from there...that is where real brisket is made...I'm talking about a fire pit right when you walk in, and they serve it to you with butcher paper..no plates or nothing lol...

What he said. 6th Street is about four blocks of nothing but bars.

The barbecue he is talking about is in Lockhart, which is about 30-45 minutes southeast of Austin. Lockhart is the official barbecue capital of Texas, seriously. I prefer to go to Kreuz barbecue in Lockhart. To me, it just tasted better. Also, they don't charge you for the extras like pickles and onions, Smitty's does. They're sausage is really good.

If you're looking for barbecue spots in Austin, the best places are The Ironworks (it's closed on Sundays) and The County Line. You can pretty much tell what I do when I go to Austin, eat barbecue.

Yeah we my homie had me choose between Smittys or Kreuz, but I heard about Smittys on tv so I picked that. Probably next time I will go there. Brisket from Rudy's is fuckin good as hell also lol
