Who know the type of dog breed used by Ivan Pavlov in his experiments? I have been racking my brain for like two days. I also need the source of the info, thanks in advance for the help. :classic:

Still working on the breed (there were several dogs tied to this experiment) but, I know at least one was named, "Bek".

I always thought it was a beagle of some breed myself. So far that's what I'm finding. I'll keep digging (I like a challenge).

This one looks kinda "new" but the caption mentions it was one of the "lucky ones".

One of the lucky ones. Over twenty dogs died before
Pavlov managed to successfully insert the salivary collecting
contraption. This one has electrodes attached to it's head.
