so they are looking for new producers to join the runners?

cool
It sounds more like they either 1. need ghost producers to keep up with demand or 2. they are trying to branch out and start their own record company and need in-house producers to lessen their work load.

Kinda like what Dre, Swizz, Timbaland, and all the big producers do.

ghost producing sucks

i heard you luckily get writers credit

rather than producers credit,

even tho you are being hired as a producer
If you are just making the beat while the Runners orchestrate the song than you are a composer/writer. People in the rap game use the word producer too loosely.

A producer produces the song from start to finish, from music, to song structure, to vocals, to the mix.

Most so called producers these days are nothing more than glorified drum programmers.
