They did upgrade with Big Dog at SF, and they got a solid starting lineup with the exception of center, but they still gon' struggle to make the playoffs dog.

Atlanta got Theo Ratliff for a center. And if Im not mistaken, the sixers did better with Ratliff on center than they did with Mutombo for the 1st half of that 2000-2001 season. If he gets healthy then they can be a threat.
