why u hate att? and cingular and att is the same thing i work as a cust care rep for att wireless use to be cingular nothin really has changed we givw out so much credit and its so easy to get it with em

AT&T used to be great, they had great plans and great phones, their service was hella good too.....then cingular bought them out and fucked everything up. then they switched the name back to AT&T thinking that a name change is gonna change anything about the company

Actually the "new" AT&T is just a reunification of some of the "baby bells" that originated from the break up of AT&T (the telecommunications monopoly):

im with tmobile.. almost 4 years now, ive never had problems with them.. except once my phone died on me, i had a new one in a week and they discounted $20 from my bill for that month. Customer service was really nice and helpful. Overall, they get an A-.
