It's all because of Internet. Back in the days, when I was listening to Pac's shit I was reading all news coming from the westcoast. That's how I found out the most known Bay artists.

I figured out that I fuckin like that shit and started to listen to that, see who's featured, then see if he's got any albums, or maybe he's a part of a group and shit.

When you're not born in the Bay or don't grow up out there, it's like you first know about AP-9 and then about Quinn (it's not me, just an example).

I first heard Woodie on Droop's Moment Of Impakt, then I bought hardly everything from East Co Co.

See Woodie, what can a one verse do?

I was at a shopping mall in Malaysia and they was playin some underground bay shit in them mall speakers.
It was a trip....

I took a few of my cd's out there and the people over there were lovin it. At the time, I had N.E. vol. 1 and they loved the shit.
I also had some Darkroom shit, GUN and Cuete and that was like their favorite. I ended up returning home with only half of my cd's.
We had recorded a couple of tracks, Northern Cali shit and they was lovin it.

Some German cat wanted to collab too.
So now I got German connects.
Rap is blowin up big time in Germany right now.
I also knew this cat who moved to Amsterdam, he's got his own radio show and plays a lot of Bay Area shit.
The people are lovin it.....

Much love to the foreign cats who are diggin our music.
On the side note, I'm lookin for beats from you over seas cats so holla at me:

They got this internet radio thing, they play all sorts of music, and you can rate each genre, album, artist and song from 0-100, the higher you rate it, the more they play from that genre, album, etc., and they more they play similar artists. I gave high ratings to all the rappers I was feelin', and it wasn't long before Woodie - Talez of a Killa came on. That song still sends chills up my spine...Anyway I gave it a high ratin' so they played more of Woodie's music (the next one I heard was 'Loyalty') so eventually I bought Demonz N My Sleep and the rest is history :p

I was an instant fan basically..
