Asian Gangs in Los Angeles County
There are approximately 20,000 Asian gang members in Los Angeles County and represent a diversre array of backgrounds and affiliations. There are Asian gangs that down with the Surenos, some affiliated with Bloods and Crips and several independent entities such as the Chinese Wah Chings, Philipino, Cambodian and Vietnamese gangs/

Yes there are Asians in Mexican gangs down in LA just like there's a few Blacks, Whites and Mexicans in Asian gangs up north. The North is hella different than in So Cal. I got a friend who grew up in E. L.A. in a predominately Mexican neighborhood. In L.A., it's not just colors but it's a turf thang too. Projects beefin with projects across the way, so for survival my friend joined the gang (same projects)which happens to be predominately Mexican. He was gonna get some shit tatted on his bald head but they moved due to the severity of the circumstances.
On a side note, i have seen Asians claim 13, 14 cuz they think that's the code for crips and bloods but I have never seen any Asian claim Sur or claim to be a Sureno. They maybe in Mexican gangs but it ain't surenos it's a hood gang.
