RECAP:
Dusty informed Alison that sketchy porn producer Lance was leaving town; she was grateful for his help. When Emily discovered that Lance had followed her sis to Oakdale, she wanted to know how Ali was able to get rid of him. After Ali gave props to Dusty, Em wondered why she didn't get a say in the matter and why Ali didn't tell her about it the first place. After Ali split, Emily grudgingly thanked Dusty for helping, but said Alison didn't need a bodyguard, noting that neither one of them would need him anymore. Dusty called Em out on her obvious attitude, surmising that her feelings were hurt because he rejected her. Then he apologized for kissing her. Em reminded him that she didn't have any feelings. "Why would I? I'm a pro, remember?? she snapped. Lance, meanwhile, waited for his car back at the hotel. After witnessing his failed attempt to pick up a random woman in the lobby, Cheri approached him, asking him if he was interested in a "business" venture at Lakeview. He said he had to catch a plane, and a guy named Dusty Donovan didn't want him in Oakdale anyway.... Cheri later confronted Dusty, accusing him of being involved with her competition and chiding him for taking her entire operation at the Avalon. Dusty said she gave him too much credit, adding: "Going down goes with your line of work."
