2) I think it should be "RISK" instead of "RISKS".

I think Berner should be smoking a joint, not a blunt. I also think Amp should have a different haircut. The lettering should be in Cyan with a gold border, and the 3rd police car should be facing 32 degrees East from its current location. There should be a huge pair of DD tits under the "T" in "Traffic". Other than these corrections I like the artwork.
