Palestine's national flag fluttered across downtown Buenos Aires, as Argentineans joined the struggle of millions of Palestinians who've been demanding the observance of their sovereign rights for more than 60 years.
Islamic groups together with social, political and human rights organizations took to the streets of Argentina's capital city marking the 65th Nakba Day, or the day of catastrophe on the day hundreds of thousands of Palestinians were expelled or had to flee their ancestral land as hundreds of Palestinian villages were destroyed or depopulated by Israel. Which the demonstrators here accuse Tel-Aviv and its "imperialist" allies for the catastrophe.
