I'm not afraid to die and the reason is pretty simple (to me): Everybody dies...it's going to happen to me, and it's going to happen to you. So I'm not going to waste my time trying to stay alive as long as possible. I'll just die whenever it comes up.

the question in this thread implies that death must be the end. Why? Life isn't compacted to merely the physical vessel. Life goes on. What we're all afraid of is the death of our ego's.
