I might jus be makin that connection coz one of the stand-ups was taped in frisco...looked like late 80s or early 90s or somethin...

yea chapelle shits on mencia... way better topics, more creative, and just funny as fuck. dave chapelle comes up with some random ass funny shit dat u would never think of... does funnier race jokes. and funnier dialouge.

mencia just beats shit to the ground, for example all the skits/jokes about bush, osama bin laden, saddam hussien, i cant believe people r still doing so many government jokes, shit is tired. and when he tells you a joke ,its like hes forcing you to laugh, like "arhhhgh im putting all of my energy into this joke so laugh!!!"
