Are these midwest cds rare?

I picked these up and couldnt find any info on them. Just wonderin if they were rare or not.

last time i sold that honee comb it went for $50 and $30. Maybe it goes for 9.99 this time or some japs still need it and it will go for way more, so i really can't tell.
