The Lo down CD is hella rare if it is the og. I think it has be re-released recently, but the og is almost impossible to find. It was the first release from JayTee's 40 ounce label so I think you can get some good money for that.
I don't know about bpm, but I don't think Bushwick Bill is very rare. You can find it in lots of stores. But it is sellable fo sho.

BPM is a rap group with Junebug Slim. I think it was released in 96? I don't remember the name of the label,but I do remember The DarkRoom Family was signed on that label also,that year.
