My mom has a 94 ford escort and it has problems turning over. she has checked the battery,starter(with screw driving testw/spark) fuses inside and some out.....doanyone of you have any suggestions that would be great!!!!!

really....whats a shop????? lol.naw man she likes to do this stuff by herself, she just wants suggestions to see if she missed anything. thanks though I never would of thought of a car shop. :cheeky:

I'd need more info then it just not turning over... but check to make sure it's getting gas to the motor, i.e. fuel pump being broke... and then make sure all your plug and coil wires are hooked up correctly and check the spark plugs...

also if it's a fuel injected car, and it ran out of gas and died... you'll have a hell of a time getting it started. You have to prime the motor or someshit and I'm not exactly sure how you do that, also if you go to your local part store and get a repair book for the car it'd probably help more

alternator,fuel injector,electrical i.e. battery or ignition switch,priming is when you remove air filter and directly pour gasoline into your carbuerator....Escorts Suck dont hate on FORD's

@mad- yes it does have gas

When you start the car it clicks like twice...my mom is giving up and has her friend thats going to look at it..she is almost positive it's like a lose wire,fuse, line we think.

we have checked the battery, alternator, fuses, and we try to jump the car but it wouldn't start.

what about starter fuel what would that do????

tell her ta call em up on her own then she can take her car up there on her own and have them tell her whats wrong with it on her own and she can go back home and fix it on her own
WHATS SO HARD ABOUT THAT

oh but if it wont start then youre fucked and you should jus pay some1 to take the piece of shit away to be destroyed
