"I used to live downtown, 129th street..."

Personally I liked Special Ed's "I Got It Made" video better where he dips his finger and tastes the "aligator souffle"

LOL

Yeah I remember that shit nigga was in the snow looking ashy as fuck and he had nerves enough to wear them star trek shades or blu blockers on with that extra tight booty gripping nutt hugging leather pants and tight heart stopping jacket on. Sleeves so tight that when he roll them up it looks like hes getting his blood pressure checked or fixing to shoot up with a surrenge.

Do yall remember when LL and Too $hort on they albums both dissed the fuck out his ass.

Werent those glasses called Porsches? I remember in every issue of Word Up magazine they always had a pin up of him with those goofy ass glasses on. No matter how much you clown the cat now, he is nearly responsible for the "lyrical MC" style when he beat Busy Bee (party MC) in the most classic hip hop battle back in the day. That fool was a member of the Treacherous Three, fuckin pioneers in hip hop. Plus he was the first rapper to perform on the Grammys. He also was the one who introduced the world to a 17 year old named Teddy Riely who produced his tracks. Teddy Riely in turn, introduced the world to Pharell and Chad Hugo of the Neptunes when they were only teenagers.

So in essence, without Kool Moe Dee, most of todays hip hop music soundscape would not exist. As Kool Moe Dee would say, "How ya like me now?"

Oh yeah, he also co-created the Stop The Violence movement with KRS-One back in the day..."Self destruction, youre headed for self destruction"
