It is a little shower that cleans your *beavis voice* Bunghole and nuts if you so desire. I was watching CRIBS and Macy Gray had that little urinal looking thing next to her toilet which I now know is a Bidet.

They have cheap ones that you hook up to your toilet seat and swings down and you can move it.

you can buy Bidet with an air dryer and heated seat for like $700 I just found out.
