anyone notice this about madden 2004 on ps2?

you know how with each difficulty level the game goes faster...well i have it on all pro and there are some games that seem rather slow...

why is that?...ill be playing a season game gainst one team and the speed is nice, but the following game the speed is down...you can really notice this slowdown when you kick the ball, the cursor moves slower...i have to play all madden to get the speed back up but the opposing D on all madden knocks the O line over like dummies and the coverage is on the receivers like flies on shit...whats wrong with this?

is the game faulty?...do i have to do some tricks and shit to get the speed going at normal level?

please help.

it supposed to be like that, on rookie the kickoff cursor goes REALLY slow to make it easy. All madden is hard but once you get used to it its coo. The cpu gets pissed at me when I make a good play and steals the ball from me or make me punt so fast, I hate it. Also when they are down in points in the 4th they'll make miracle ass shit.

try playing Training Camp..its a good example of that....some things are slower, like the kicking cursor when ur doing the field goal excersise...and with each difficulty, it speeds up.

@ tony and dubb...i know it goes faster w each level but i have my season on all pro...like i said ill play week 1 on normal all pro speed, then ill play week 2 and the level still is at all pro but the speed of the game seems like its on the rookie settings ya digz.

Does anyone else get cheated by the computer? I play on all-pro too... everytime the game is close I'll lose. Or when I am spanking the computer when the 4th quarter comes the computer is unstoppable. They start breaking all kinds of tackles and shh. What's up with that?

could u change the settins on-line....from pro level and the five min quarters.....ive tried but once i start a game it goes back to that

i think i play a bunch of little kids or somethin cuz i ve been runnin em.,.... n i aint THAT good...scores like 60-- 20 n shit

Yah thats what I was saying, the computer will do anything to win when they are down; (human) fumbles, broken tackles, miracle catches, and penalties.

if you think you're gettin cheated on all-pro then you must be weak...all-pro is easy...now all-madden is a different story...the cpu cheats like a muthafucka on all-madden...and i don't have any problems with the shit slowin down...

dont even get me started on the computer cheating...i've had the most unbelievable things happen to me...but, theres a setting, called "catch-up" or something like that, and u can turn it off....what it does is that if ur up by a lot, the computer will be able to come back.

i've had like, marques tuasisopo throw for 5 tds and 500 yards against me and i'll be the patriots....shits just straight unbelievable

u ever notice how like, sometimes u just cant tackle anybody? or how theyre secondary is way faster than ur receivers? or how the run blocking is terrible, no matter what team u are? or how about when ur secondary is shit, and like, marvin harrison will get a 96 yard touchdown against quentin jammer and kwamie lassiter covering him (its happened). or how about all the dropped interceptions by my team? my list could go on and on.
