In Minneapolis they started rec leagues after the movie came out. A bunch of my baseball teammates from college put together a team and I guess were just piecing people left and right.
In that particular league, they had different sized balls to make it interesting, so if for example, you got your hands on the smallest ball, they called that the 'shooter' or something like that, where you could really chuck that thing harder than the others, so there was a little strategy involved as well.
