yea i heard them some rumors and they gonna be testing da chip next week on it. if it does sale for 600 or so i wanna know who in their right mind will buy it, cause u can build a computer does will kick da shit outta it for around 800-900

it will come out in November(actually that's a guess)......find out at E3!!!! The PS3 will be unveiled at the Electronic Entertainment Expo this month....i can't wait till i get my EGM & OPM magazines so i can check out more on the PS3 in detail.

i will..you act like the premium package for the 360 didnt come out to like 500 bucks...big deal. everytime a new system comes out the price always seems outrageous. 300 bucks for a ps2 was insane but i still bought one. got well worth my money out it. same will go for ps3. with the capabilities and hardware that it has it will more than pay for itself for how much use it will get. got people paying that much right now just for the blu-ray player alone. i'll pay 600 bucks for 3 years of entertainment anyday.

The latest doesn't sound good at all on a launch date. I hear maybe even 2007 if they (Sony) don't get their shit together soon. And the price as it stands is in the 600-900 range. Somone mentioned that the 360 came out at 5 bills, but you're forgetting those 500+ systems were BUNDLES. The PS3 is going to demand that type of bread for the bare bones system my friend.
