that song is called wreckless wordz
and no it wasnt a solo. I do believe it's on there new album DEEP HEAERTED. Its Phil, Mitch, and Kron.

Wreckless Words? They got two songs with that name cuz I heard the one on the 20/20 mixtape and it sounds different. I need to get the album.

Actually there's two different versions of the video. I got one of my IPod that has Wreckless Words in the intro and Kweli's part with the TaliB Kweli MC thing is there, but on the other version I found out the song is The Movement ft. Planet Asia which was on the sampler and maybe on their album not sure and the BK MC part ain't there. Here's the second version:
