I think you're talkin about "The Idle Mind" by Ska Face Al Kapone. It was on a compilation called "Memphis Underground Hustlaz, Vol. 1" on Alkatraz Records.

That is one of the siccest underground songs in history of memphis but the album is rare as fuck... Good luck finding it:

Mane I wish I could... I heard that song on someones mix tape (cassette) like 5 years ago... Another thing that's out of print that's off the hook is "Al Kapone - Da Resurrection" that's probably his best and darkest album out. His newer shit is tight too though..
