@cb, i graduated from california state university stanislaus with my bs in business administration - management (the school isnt as known as the other csu schools, but is definitly growing, and their business school is up their with the best of em and has been nationally recognized and is accredited by the AACSB (The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business).

@6, both position are salaried, the sales rep also has commisions, both have a strating base salary around 45-50....sales rep you can make up to 20 extra a year, for the lender spot, after i finish their training program (12-18 months) i would start out around 70, no commisions, just salary. and i would rather deal with business than consumer. plus this job doesnt focus on the amount of bus your getting, or how many loans your closing, hence no commisions, which is the way i prefer it.
i still dont know which would be best for me and my career, i think money wise, the sales rep probably could make more $, but career wise, i think the lender spot would have a better oppurtunity for growth..im also not trying to relocate, and for advancement for the sales rep, im pretty sure you would have to relocate eventually.
