anyone know how to get outta a cellphone contract??

You cant get outta the contract without having been deployed with docs or youre confirmed dead.
I dont know how Cing/Tmobile works but AT&T would let you up your plan, downsize your plan with no penalty.. you could always lower your plan to the very minimum and just pay the monthly until youre out your contract.. how much longer you got to go? If its hella just pay the $200 ETF and cut your losses.. if its short just reduce your plan mins and let it finish... just my thoughts on the subject.
lol...damn thye days of workin on the "save" team at at&t/cell1....i'd heard every excuse in the fuckin book man....moving to vietnam, deployed to war, i have a pacemaker, i never use it/get no signal ever (but the rack up over 3,000 minutes a month)...it all depends on the person, sometimes i'd waive it if they were cool wit me and honest, but if they tried to run bullshit on me....fuck that...i remember when the etf was $240, 20 for every month...once they heard that they'd shut right up and keep the line open.....we were empowered to waive or charge the fee....if they kept it real wit me then i help em out one way or the other...split the cost...something...

workin at a cell phone comp man, you get to hear some fuckin stories....wife tryin to get copies of the husbands bill, people wanting to know the gps location of their lost phone, people holding found phones for ransom....( yeah i found ya phone, bring me $50 and you can have it back)...i remember playin negotiator with his one customer...funny shit....it also help if you happen to work for the same phone company that all ya friend have service with....$100 service credit for poor prior customer service experience...cha-ching....free accesories...cha-ching....free access to every bitch you fuckin withs call history and account info....
